Worklife Hr Labs Private Limited is situated over in Thane, at Hiranandani Estate. Our office is 501, Astra, right on Ghodbunder Road. It’s a big, recognizable area, which helps when people are trying to find us for the first time. The building is modern enough, but our office feels like a place where people actually work. We deal with HR-related things, which means we spend a lot of time on emails and spreadsheets. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of rules about how to sit or talk. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere here. We have a small kitchen area where we spend way too much time talking about what to have for lunch. The commute on Ghodbunder Road can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so we’ve all become experts at checking traffic apps. We don't use a lot of fancy business talk or try to sound like we’re changing the world. We’re just a group of people who know a lot about HR and want to help companies sort out their staffing and internal systems. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold, and someone is always complaining about it. It’s a real office with real people and real minor problems. We focus on getting the work done efficiently so we can all go home to our families at the end of the day. It is what it is.
