Wool Research Association

We are located over on Kolshet Road. It’s a place that’s been around for quite some time, focusing on the work we do with wool. The Wool Research Association is basically just a group of us who spend our days looking at fibers and dealing with the technical side of things. Kolshet Road used to be a bit quieter, but now there’s more traffic and new buildings going up everywhere around us. Our facility is pretty straightforward. We have some labs and rooms where we keep the samples. It’s not the kind of place that looks very modern from the outside, but it serves its purpose for the research. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the halls and the equipment pretty well. Sometimes the machinery is a bit loud, but that’s just part of the job. There isn’t a whole lot of excitement, just steady work day in and day out. We have some green space around the building which is nice when you want to step out for some fresh air during lunch. People in the area know us as the wool place on the road. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have on our desks. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you’re coming from the main city, but we like being a bit tucked away on Kolshet Road. It works for us.
