Wire Com India Private Limited is out in Vasai East. We are in the Sager Sangam Industrial Estate, which is a bit of a mouthful to say. Our units are A-17, 18, and 3. It’s a proper industrial area in Sativali. There are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery from the neighbors. We work with wires and communication stuff. The floor is usually covered with some scraps and there is a lot of metal everywhere. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where the work happens. The industrial estate has a lot of different businesses, so you meet all kinds of people during the lunch break. Our team is mostly guys who have been working with wires for a long time. They know how to handle the machines and get things done. It’s not a clean-room environment; it’s a place where things get made. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading stuff. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of the estate. We don't really have a big office staff, just a couple of people to handle the orders and the billing. It’s a straightforward business. We show up early, do the production, and head home when the shift is over. It’s hard work but we are used to it.
