Our workshop is down in Vasai East, specifically in the Siddharth Industrial Estate. We occupy G-11 and 12, which is right across from Nicholas Garage. If you're driving down Satiwali Road, you’ll see the Shailesh Udyog Nagar sign. Wintech Pharmachem Equipment Pvt Ltd. is where we spend most of our hours making machinery for the pharma industry. It’s a dusty, noisy part of town, but that’s just how industrial areas are. We have guys working on lathes and welding parts together most of the day. It’s hard work and it gets quite hot in the summers under the tin roofs. We aren't some big corporate office with glass walls. We are just a bunch of people who know how to put equipment together. The neighborhood has a lot of small garages and factories, so there’s always something going on outside. We get our tea from the stall nearby and just keep at it. Sometimes deliveries get delayed because of the narrow roads, but we manage. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals know us. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or brochures. We just focus on the machines we are building right now. If someone needs a part fixed or a new machine, they usually just drop by or give us a call. It is a straightforward way to run a business.
