Our workshop is spread across Galas 114 to 117 inside the Sahakar Vijay Industrial Estate. If you’re familiar with the Village Navghar area near Vasai Road East, you probably know where that is. Wimpy Electronics Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of these units for some time. It’s a bit of a maze in here with all the different sections for parts and testing. We use the space as best we can, though it gets a bit crowded when a big shipment arrives. The walls are lined with tools and bins full of small electronic bits. It’s not the quietest place because there is always some machine running or someone moving boxes around. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. Most mornings start with a quick chat about the schedule and then we just dive in. Vasai gets pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going constantly. We don't really have a big reception area or anything like that. People just come to the door when they need something. It’s a very practical environment. We deal with various components and assemblies throughout the week. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes we’re troubleshooting issues until late. It's just honest work in a busy industrial estate. We prefer keeping things straightforward and avoiding all the corporate talk you see elsewhere. It suits the way we like to live and work.
