Western Rubber Works Pvt. Ltd. is based at R-73-74 in the MIDC area of Rabale. You can find us just off the Thane Belapur Road. It is a big industrial sector, and we have been part of it for a long time. Our facility takes up two plots, R-73 and R-74, which gives us the room we need for our rubber processing equipment. There is a very distinct smell of rubber throughout the building, which you get used to after a few days. It can be quite hot inside because of the machinery we use, but we keep the doors open to get a bit of a breeze. We are not a corporate office with people in suits. We are a working factory. Our staff wears work clothes and gets their hands dirty every day. We spend most of our time checking the production lines and making sure the rubber parts come out the way they should. There is a small office area where we handle the billing and the phone calls, but it’s very basic. The Thane Belapur Road always has a lot of traffic, so we have to be careful with our delivery schedules. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or promotional talk. We just focus on making the products and keeping the factory running. It’s a no-nonsense environment where we just get the job done.
