Western Outdoor Fabric Structure Manufacturing

Our place is over at 102, Varsha Apartment in Pakhadi Kharigaon. If you know Kalwa, you know it can get pretty packed around here most days. We work on outdoor fabric structures, which is basically making covers and sheds that can actually stand up to the wind and rain. It is a lot of measuring and cutting. Most days, you will find us surrounded by rolls of heavy fabric and various tools. The office is not anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can plan out the next project and talk to people. We moved into this Thane West area because it made sense for getting supplies in and out of the city. It is not a quiet job by any means. There is always the sound of someone working or a truck pulling up outside to drop off material. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are trying to get a frame just right. It is just a bunch of us who have been doing this for a long time. We are not interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. We take the fabric, we build the frame, and we put it all together. That is about it. People come by the apartment office when they need a quote or just want to see what kind of materials we have on hand. It is a bit of a squeeze with all the samples laying around, but we manage just fine.
