Way2Health A Polyclinic

Our clinic is located at Shop no 8 in the Krishna Kunj building, right on the 150 feet road in Bhayandar West. Most people find us because we are right above the HDFC bank, which is a big landmark in this area. It gets quite busy on this road, especially with the traffic going towards the station. Inside the polyclinic, we have a few different rooms where doctors see patients. Since it’s a polyclinic, there’s always someone different coming in, from general check-ups to more specific stuff. The waiting area isn't huge, but we try to keep enough chairs for everyone. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so people take the stairs. It’s just part of being in an older building like Brij Bhoomi. We spend a lot of time on the phone booking slots or explaining where exactly the shop is located to new people. The front desk can get a little messy with files and papers, but we know where everything is. Being in Bhayandar West means we see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily work, keeping the rooms clean, and making sure the lights are working. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the AC stays on most of the day. It's a straightforward place for health stuff where we just focus on the patients who walk in.
