Wavez Media Advertising Private Limited operates out of B-604 in the Pinnacolo building, right near the RBK School in Beverly Park. Being in Mira Road East means we’re a bit far out from the main Mumbai hub, but we like the pace here. It’s a residential area, so you see kids going to school and people doing their grocery shopping while we’re heading into the building. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a balcony where we go to take a break and look out at the Thane landscape. Sometimes you can hear the school bells or the sounds of the playground, which is a nice break from the clicking of keyboards. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We do advertising stuff, which sounds more exciting than it usually is. Most of the time it’s just looking at spreadsheets or trying to get a design to look right on a screen. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a guard at the door. You just come up to the sixth floor and knock. It’s a bit cramped with all the computers and the boxes of old files we haven't thrown out yet. We’re just local people trying to do a good job for our clients without making things too complicated for ourselves or them.
