Our shop is located at Road No 22 in Wagle Estate, right near the Jost Building. This area is always buzzing with trucks and workers, so we fit right in. We handle control panels and electrical parts that keep machines running. It’s dusty work sometimes. We started this place because there was a need for someone local who actually knows how these circuits behave in the heat. We don't have a big marketing budget or a glossy brochure. Mostly, people find us by word of mouth in the estate. We’ve got shelves full of switches, relays, and sensors. If a machine on a factory floor stops, we’re the ones getting the call. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and looking at diagrams. We stay late some nights when a client has an emergency. The shop isn't much to look at, just a practical space for work. We drink a lot of tea while we figure out why a board isn't firing right. We’ve been at Shop No. 2 for quite some time now. Dealing with the industrial side of things means we don't see many walk-in families, just technicians and supervisors in greasy overalls. We like it that way. It’s straightforward. You come in, tell us what’s burnt out, and we see if we have the replacement or if we can patch it up. We’ve got a lot of old manuals stacked up in the corner that we still use. It's just what we do every day. We don't mind the noise from the street much anymore.
