You can find us at Sheo Kutir in Sector 29, Vashi. It's Plot 105 and 106, right there in the A 101 unit. Navi Mumbai is always growing, and we’ve been in this building for quite some time now. It’s a residential-style setup, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have rows of files stacked up in the corner because we deal with a lot of land and building stuff. There’s usually someone typing away or looking through old ledger books. The lobby is small, just enough space for a couple of people to wait. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Most of the time, whoever isn't busy just looks up and says hello. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding the holdings and various projects. It can get a bit dry, but it’s what we do. The windows look out onto the street, and we watch the city change bit by bit. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't here to put on a show. We just keep the records in order and make sure the administrative side of the business stays afloat. It’s a lot of reading and checking signatures. We just try to stay organized in our own way, even if the desks look a bit cluttered at the end of a long Tuesday.
