We are over here at Shop No 4 in the Ghalot Institute Complex. Koperkhairana is where we spend most of our time. It is a busy spot in Navi Mumbai, right near Plot No 59. Our door is usually open for anyone coming by. Most days we are just sorting through paperwork or talking to people about local property stuff. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular shop floor where we keep our files and take our tea breaks. The area gets quite noisy with traffic from Thane-400709, but we are used to it by now. People know us around here as Vspg Realties Private Limited. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. If you walk past the institute, you will see our sign. Sometimes we are out on site visits, but mostly someone is sitting at the desk. Working in real estate in Maharashtra means there is always a lot of back and forth with documents. It is hard work but it keeps us busy. We started out in this small space and stayed here because it’s convenient for the locals. Navi Mumbai is growing fast, and there are always new buildings going up nearby. We just handle the day-to-day things that come with that. Nothing too complicated, just plain business as it happens. We find that being right on the street helps us stay connected to what's going on. It’s a simple setup we have.
