Voltas Limited, Thane Main Plant

This is Voltas Limited, Thane Main Plant. We are located at B/7, Jeevan Sahakar Chs in Thane, Maharashtra 400 601, India. It’s a pretty standard spot in a residential society area, which is a bit different than what some people expect for a main plant office. We’ve been part of this Thane community for a long time now. The building is older and has its quirks, but it works for us. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other well. It’s not like those high-rise offices in Mumbai where nobody talks in the elevator. Here, we actually know the neighbors. Being in Jeevan Sahakar Chs means we have to be mindful of the shared space, but it’s a good location for getting around the city. We deal with all sorts of things daily. Some days are slow, others are a bit chaotic when the deliveries come in or when the phone won't stop ringing. We just get through the pile of work on the desks. It’s a practical setup. Nothing fancy, just desks, old files, and people working. If you're coming down this way, look for block B/7. It’s tucked in there. We don’t really do much in the way of big announcements. We just show up, do the job, and head home. That’s how we like it. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people.
