MIDC Dombivli is a busy industrial area. We've been here at Plot A9/10 for a while now. It’s a typical factory setting. People often get lost looking for Phase II, but once you find the gate, we're right there. We handle the day-to-day work, making sure things run like they should. It gets hot in the summer, especially with the machinery going, but that's just part of the job. Most of us have been working together for years. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. There’s a lot of noise from the neighboring units, and the roads can be a bit rough after the rains. We just focus on getting the orders out. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deliveries arrive late, but we manage. If you stop by, you'll probably see a couple of trucks parked outside waiting to load up. It's not a glamorous place, just a workspace where people put in their hours. We keep our tools organized, or at least we try to. The tea stall around the corner is where most of us head during the break. It’s just a regular industrial unit doing its part in the MIDC area. Nothing more, nothing less. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the real work happens on the floor. It’s been this way for a long time, and we're used to the rhythm of the place.
