Vitthal Rice Mill Private Limited

If you come down to Vangani Gaon you will find us right near the Vitthal Mandir on Karjat Road. We operate out of Bungalow Number 1 which is pretty easy to spot once you get into the village. The mill is usually humming with noise throughout the day as we process the rice brought in. It gets quite dusty around here but that is just how it is when you are working with grain all day long. We have been in this spot for a while now and the locals know us by name. Sometimes people stop by just to chat on their way to the temple. Our office isn't anything fancy just some wooden tables and chairs and a lot of logbooks to keep track of the bags coming in and out. The weather in Thane can be really humid so the fans are always going full speed. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the rice by hand because machines can only do so much. It is a lot of physical labor moving the heavy sacks around but we are used to it by now. The road outside can get a bit crowded with trucks during the harvest season. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the mill stays in good shape. It is a steady life here in Vangani and we like being close to the mandir.
