Bianca Projects

Our unit is C1 in the Udyog Vihar Industrial Estate. We are over in Vithal Vadi West. If you have ever been to an industrial estate, you know what it sounds like. There is always some kind of machine running or someone loading a truck nearby. Bianca Projects is right in the thick of that environment. It is a tall space with concrete floors and metal doors that we slide open every morning. It can get quite loud during the day and it definitely gets hot in the summer months. We don't have an air-conditioned office with carpets. It is a place where work actually happens and things get built or moved. We have our tools and our materials stacked up along the walls. The industrial estate has a lot of other businesses doing similar things so there is always a lot of activity on the lanes between the buildings. We usually have lunch at the small canteen nearby or just bring something from home. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready kind of place but it suits us just fine. Vithal Vadi is a good location for this kind of work because we are close to the transport links we need. We just show up, open the gate, and get to work on whatever project is currently on the floor. It is a plain, hardworking spot without any of the corporate polish.
