I run things from my place at 5 Bhayander East, over in the Bhagwati Apartment. It is a regular residential building, so it does not feel like a cold corporate office at all. I have set up a desk in one of the rooms where I can focus on my work without too much noise. Bhayander East is a lively area, and you can always hear the sounds of the street coming through the windows. Sometimes it is the vegetable sellers or just the kids playing outside in the afternoon. I spend most of my day sitting here, working through whatever tasks are on my list. It might be paperwork or some digital stuff, but it keeps me busy from morning until late. The apartment is not very big, but it is enough for what I need to do. I have my computer, a printer that jams occasionally, and stacks of files that I really should organize better one of these days. Being in a home setting means I can make my own tea whenever I want, which is a nice perk. People sometimes find it a bit strange that a business is in an apartment building, but it works for me. It is quiet enough to think but close enough to the market if I need to grab something quickly. I have lived and worked around here for a while, so I know the local shops and the shortcuts through the lanes.
