VijayShil Design And Build is located over in Airoli Sector 7. We are right in the Shivshankar Plaza 2 building. If you know where the Domino’s is on Plot No. 1, then you’ve basically found us. It’s a busy part of Navi Mumbai, so there’s always something happening outside. We do both the designing and the actual building part, which keeps us pretty busy. Sometimes it's a lot to manage, but it's better than sitting around. The office isn't anything special, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paper. We started this because we liked seeing things actually get built, not just drawn on a screen. Being in Airoli is convenient for a lot of our projects around here. We usually have people coming in to talk about their house plans or shop layouts. It’s mostly just us and the noise from the street. We try to keep things simple. If a wall needs to go up, we figure out the best way to do it without making a huge fuss. We don’t use those fancy words you see in brochures. We just talk like regular people. Sometimes we're out at a site all day and the office is empty, but that's the nature of the business. It’s hard work, but seeing a project finish up is a good feeling. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and know the neighbors. The building itself is easy to spot from the road. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and arguing over where a window should go.
