Vibs Tours And Travels is based out of Chintamani Apartment, specifically in room 601. We are right next to the K’Villa Garden in Thane West, which is a nice landmark to give people when they are trying to find us. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are mostly looking at our screens all day. We handle a lot of travel bookings, from quick weekend trips to longer family vacations. The office is a quiet place for the most part, except when all the phones start going off at once. We don't have a big storefront on the main road, so most people who come here are regulars or people who live nearby in Thane. We spend a lot of time checking dates and prices to see what makes sense for whoever is asking. It’s not always easy because prices jump around a lot, but we try to keep up. Sometimes the printer runs out of ink right when we need to hand over a ticket, which is always a bit of a scramble. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the neighborhood well. It is just a few of us here making sure the bookings go through correctly. We don’t use any complicated systems, just the usual stuff to get the job done. It feels good when someone comes back and says their trip went okay and they had a decent time.
