Venkatesh Constructons is based over in Navi Mumbai. Specifically, you can find our office in Nerul, Sector-3. We are near the Rangoli Hotel, which is a landmark most people in the area know. G.B. Shiva is the person usually running the show here. The office is in the NL2/13/C2 building. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the new development happening around Navi Mumbai. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day except for maybe one person answering the phone. When we are here, it’s mostly about planning the next phase of a project or dealing with material suppliers. Construction is messy work, and sometimes that mess follows us back to our desks in the form of muddy boots or dusty blueprints. We don’t have any polished corporate brochures. We just talk to people plainly about what can be built. Our team is used to the heat and the noise of the city. We’ve been working in this sector for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We take on various jobs around the 400706 area. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday through Saturday. We just try to stay on top of the schedule as best as we can, even when the weather doesn't want to cooperate. It's just life.
