We’re right in the middle of that growth. Our office isn't some high-tech lab. It’s just where we keep our tools, our papers, and where we meet up before heading to a job site. Being in Maharashtra means we deal with all kinds of weather, from the heavy rains to the dry heat. We just take it as it comes. We do the engineering and the building work ourselves. It’s a hands-on kind of life. There’s usually someone in the office with mud on their boots, which tells you we're out there more than we're sitting behind a desk. We’ve been working in the CBD Belapur area for some time. It's a busy spot, and there’s always something that needs fixing or building. We don't go in for fancy presentations. We just talk to the people who need work done and we figure out a way to do it. It’s practical, honest work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that last. Sometimes we're late coming home because a site had problems, but that’s just how this business is. We’re just a local crew making our way in Navi Mumbai and staying busy through the year.
