Terminal International

Our spot is in the Raj Prabha Mohan Industrial Estate, occupying units 2 and 3 in Building 5/A on the ground floor. It is out in Naikpada Village in the Waliv area of Vasai. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s a good location for what we do. The ground floor makes it much easier for us to handle the crates and heavy stuff without worrying about elevators. We have a fair amount of space, but it fills up fast when new shipments arrive. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving boxes around, and the lighting is just those basic long bulbs that hum a little. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure things are going to the right place. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the weather is humid like it often is here. We have a small corner for the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the main floor. The street outside can get quite crowded with other businesses loading their vans, so there is a bit of a scramble every morning. We don't have any decorations or fancy rugs; it’s just a workspace. Some of us have worked here since the building was newer, so we know all the quirks of the place, like which door sticks when it rains. It's just us doing the job.
