Our unit is numbers 18 and 19 inside the Dhuri Industrial Complex No. 1. If you know where the Tata Motors is on Sativali Road, we are right opposite that in Madhuvrinda Phase 1, Waliv Phata. It’s a busy industrial hub, so there’s always trucks moving in and out. Khushi Multipack Solutions is basically a place where we deal with all kinds of packaging. We have some machines for cutting and folding, and it gets pretty loud during the day. We aren't some big corporate entity. We are just a local team trying to keep up with the orders that come in. Most of the time we are covered in dust or bits of cardboard. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. The office is just a small partitioned space where we handle the bills. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. We just focus on making sure the boxes and packs are done right. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a rush, that’s just how it goes in the packaging business. The area around Waliv Phata is always active, which is good for us. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other business owners nearby. We don’t spend time on fancy marketing. We just let the work speak for itself. If someone needs packing stuff, they know where to find us in the complex.
