Aseem Power Tekneeks Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the Tirupati Industrial Estate in Vasai East. We have units three through six in the fourth Nanghar section. It’s a fairly large space since we need the room for all the power equipment we handle. Vasai is an area with lots of these kinds of estates, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. Our units are mostly filled with machinery and parts. We spend our time working on technical projects and power systems. It is a lot of hands-on work. The floors are concrete and usually have a bit of grease or dust on them, which is normal for an engineering place. We have a small office section for the computers and the billing, but most of the action happens in the main units. The noise from the other workshops in the estate is constant throughout the day. We have been in this location for a while now and we know most of the other business owners nearby. It is a community of people who just want to get their work done. We do not go in for big marketing or anything. We just focus on the technical side of things and making sure the equipment is working like it should. Sometimes the weather in Vasai gets really humid, which makes the physical work a bit harder, but we just carry on. It is a solid, practical place to work.
