Varad Vinayak Homes (Opc) Private Limited

My shop is at No-211 in Ali Plaza, over in Dongarpada. It’s a small place, Varad Vinayak Homes (Opc) Private Limited. Being a one-person company means I do most of the heavy lifting myself. I spend a lot of time out at sites or meeting people. The shop is more of a home base for me. I’ve been in Dongarpada for a while now. It’s a good area with lots of folks moving in and out. I started this because I wanted to work for myself and help people find a place to stay. It’s hard work sometimes. Dealing with all the regulations and the physical side of things takes up the whole day. I don’t have a big staff to answer phones or anything. Usually, it’s just me. I keep the shop open as much as I can, but sometimes I’m out checking on projects. It’s a simple setup. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders. I try to keep things straightforward. People appreciate that I’m just a local guy. I don't use big words or fancy presentations. I just tell people what’s available and what the costs are. It's a bit of a grind, but I like being my own boss. If you’re near Ali Plaza, you can usually find me there in the afternoons. It isn't much, but it's where the work gets done and it suits me just fine.
