Vanchit Aimpower Charitable Organisation

The Vanchit Aimpower Charitable Organisation is based out of a house in Kalamb, which is in the Palghar area. Our address is H.NO-1130 in Vasudev Buvanagar. It’s a bit of a trek from the main Thane city, but this is where the work is needed most. The area is much quieter than Mumbai, with more trees and open space, but it also has its own set of challenges. We work out of a simple house, not a corporate office. There’s a lot of dust from the roads and the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. We mostly focus on helping the folks around here who don't have much. It’s a lot of legwork, going from one house to another and talking to people about what they need. We don't have a big team of experts. It’s just us, some local volunteers, and whoever else wants to lend a hand. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The office, if you can call it that, is mostly used for storing supplies and keeping a few records in old cupboards. We don't have a website that we update every hour. We’d rather be out in the community. It’s honest, tiring work, but it’s what we chose to do. We just take things one day at a time and try to make sure no one in our area is forgotten or left behind.
