Valecha Redifining Infrastructure

Our office is over in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. We are set up inside Sachinam Apartments, specifically at AL 1/229 in Sector 16. It’s a residential building, so it feels very much like a home office. Avinash Parashuram Deshmukh is the name on the door. We work on infrastructure projects, which sounds like big stuff, but we handle it from this quiet corner of the city. Being in Airoli is convenient because it’s a bit away from the main rush but still connected. The apartment is usually full of maps, site plans, and half-empty coffee mugs. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking schedules. It’s not a glamorous setup by any means. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and trying to coordinate different teams across various sites. The building is pretty typical for this part of Navi Mumbai. We know the security guard and the neighbors are used to us being there. We try to keep things organized, though the stacks of files seem to grow faster than we can file them away. It’s practical work. We are just trying to get things built and moved along. There’s always some delay or some minor issue to sort out, but that’s just how infrastructure goes. We take it one day at a time here in Sector 16. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve made it our own over the years. We stay busy and just keep moving forward with whatever the next job requires.
