Our business, Valchand Yarn Industries Llp, is situated in Bhiwandi. We are at unit 1704/1 in the Sainath Industrial Complex on Parole Road. If you know the Village Khoni area, you know it is a very industrial place. There are trucks everywhere and the air always smells like dust and machinery. It is not a pretty neighborhood, but it is where things get made. Our unit is part of a large complex where everyone is busy moving goods. We focus on yarn and it is a lot of manual coordination. The office is right inside the unit, so it can get pretty loud when the neighboring businesses are in full swing. We don't have air conditioning in the whole place, just some heavy-duty fans to keep the air moving during the summer months. It is hard, honest work. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the yarn and making sure the loaders know where things are going. The roads around here can be a real mess when it rains, but we still make it in every day. We aren't a big corporation with polished floors. We are just a local industry group doing what we’ve always done. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it is our reality and we are okay with that. We just focus on getting the yarn out to where it needs to go next.
