V1 Nexure Services (Opc) Private Limited is located way up on the sixteenth floor of the F Wing in the Vivant Lodhasplendora complex. If you know the Bhayenderpada area on Ghodbunder Road, you know these buildings are quite tall and hard to miss. We are in Flat No 1603. It is a bit of a long ride up the elevator every single morning, but the air feels a little bit clearer once you get up that high. Being an OPC means it is a smaller operation, and we like it that way. We don't have a massive team or a huge suite of offices. It is just this one flat where we keep everything running. The Ghodbunder Road area, or Gbroad as it is sometimes written, is always busy with trucks and traffic, but once we are inside the complex, it gets a lot quieter. We have our laptops set up and a few files stacked in the corner. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is when we need it. Some days are busier than others, especially when the internet acts up or we have a lot of things to get through. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy reception area. It is just a practical workspace for us. Living and working in a place like Lodhasplendora means we are part of a big community, even if we're small.
