You can find us over at E-605 in the Mangeshi Dazzle-III building. We are right on the New 90 Feet Road in the Kanchangaon area of Thakurli East, Thane. The pin code is 421201. We call ourselves the Uv Care And Share Foundation. To be honest, we are just a small group of neighbors who wanted to do something useful. The office is basically a flat that we’ve filled up with all sorts of things we collect for people. There are usually boxes of old clothes, some books, and maybe some dry food items stacked in the corner. It is not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend our mornings going through donations and our afternoons figuring out who needs them the most. We don't have any professional marketing or a big budget. Most of the people who come to us just heard about what we do from someone else in Thane. It gets a bit crowded when a few of us are in there at the same time, especially if we are trying to pack things up for a delivery. We aren't doing this for any big recognition. We just like the idea of sharing what we have with people who are going through a hard time. It’s simple work, and it keeps us busy. We are usually around if anyone wants to drop something off or just talk for a bit.
