Urbanleela Foundation

Urbanleela Foundation is located out in Bhainder Pada, specifically in the Vivant building. Our office is G-1003, which is part of the Splendora complex on Ghodbunder Road. It’s a newer part of the city, so the buildings are tall and the roads are wide. We’ve got a space that feels more like a modern flat than a traditional office. There are big windows that let in a lot of light, which is nice during the day. We have a few desks and some comfortable chairs, but it’s definitely not a corporate setup. We don't have a boss in a separate office; we all just sit together in the main room. Ghodbunder Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the constant hum of cars and trucks below. We don't have a big sign outside or any marketing materials on display. It’s just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time on calls and planning our next steps. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s late evening before we head out. We make our own coffee and often bring in food from home to share at lunch. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to get the foundation's work done without too much fuss. It’s a practical place for practical people. We like the independence of working in our own small corner of the building and doing things on our own terms.
