Unitop Aquacare Ltd.

Unitop Aquacare Ltd. is situated over in the Wagle MIDC area, which is a pretty industrial part of town. We are in the Dosti Pinnacle building, specifically at unit 501 on Plot No. E/7, right on Road No. 22. If you know Wagle MIDC, you know it is full of warehouses and offices, and we are right in the middle of all that action. Our space is high up on the fifth floor, so it’s a bit away from the street noise. We work on water treatment and aquacare stuff, so there is always some technical talk happening in the hallways. It’s a functional office with desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets. The building is usually buzzing with people from different companies. Finding parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes on Road 22, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a hardworking atmosphere, and we fit right in. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor; we just make sure the work gets done correctly. The view from 501 is mostly other rooftops and industrial buildings, which reminds us where we are. It’s a good, solid place for us to handle our daily business without any unnecessary distractions. Most of our days are spent coordinating projects and keeping things on track for everyone involved.
