Unchaai Welfare Foundation

We are located in Bhayandar, which is part of Thane. Our office is actually inside a residential building called Jayrudra CHSL. We are in flat 105 on J P Thakur Road. It’s a regular apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace for the Unchaai Welfare Foundation. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The neighborhood is fairly busy, with lots of small shops and people going about their business. We like being in a housing society because it keeps us connected to the local community. It doesn't feel like a cold, corporate office at all. We have a small kitchen area where we make lunch and plenty of shelves for all our files. The pin code here is 401101, just in case someone is trying to mail us something. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of designers. It’s just us, some tables, and the work we do every day. The building itself has been around for a while, so it has that lived-in feel. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty, but that’s just life in a busy society. We are just regular people trying to run this foundation as best as we can from this small flat in Thane.
