Umed Seva Foundation

Umed Seva Foundation is based in Vardhaman Galaxy, right in the Manorama complex in Badlapur East. We are in Building No. 003, which is a fairly easy spot to find if you are in the Kalyan area of Thane. We started this because we saw a lot of folks needing a hand with basic things. It is not a fancy operation. We have a couple of desks, some plastic chairs, and a lot of heart for what we do. People come to us when they are stuck, and we try to figure something out. We do not have a huge budget or a marketing team. It is mostly just us answering the phone and trying to help. The hallways in our building can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of visitors. We do not mind. It feels good to be busy. Sometimes we stay late finishing up records or planning for the next week. Living in Maharashtra means there is always something happening, and we just try to keep up. We know the neighbors and they know us. We are part of the local fabric here in Badlapur. If you see us working late, the light under the door is usually on. We do not do this for the fame. We do it because it is needed and we are here to do it. It is just simple, daily work for the community around us. It is hard work, but we would not change it.
