Tvasti Clinical Research is located in the Neelkanth Palms complex in Thane. We are in 2602/B, which is in the Krishna Phase II part of the society. Being on the 26th floor means we are pretty high up. It’s a residential society, so the environment is quite peaceful compared to the main roads of Thane. We focus on the clinical research side of things, which involves a lot of reading, data entry, and making sure all the protocols are followed correctly. It’s not the kind of work that needs a big industrial warehouse, so this apartment works well for us. We have a small team and we mostly just communicate through quick chats throughout the day. The building has good security, so we feel safe leaving our equipment there. We don't have any flashy signs or billboards. Most of our work comes through word of mouth or established contacts in the field. Sometimes we have meetings in the living area, other times we are just glued to our screens in the rooms we’ve converted into offices. It’s a very modern way of working, I suppose. We just try to stay focused and get through the pile of documents we have to review. It’s a steady pace and it suits the kind of detailed work we do. We like the fact that we can finish our day and be right in the heart of Thane.
