Triveni Fragrance & Flavour Chemicals

Triveni Fragrance & Flavour Chemicals is located in the MIDC area, specifically Phase-II at D-52. If you know the industrial estate, you know it is all about trucks, dust, and hard work. Our place, which we just call Triveni, is right in the middle of all that action. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the mix of scents. Since we work with fragrances and flavors, one day it might smell like strong mint and the next it could be something totally different. It gets quite intense in the summer heat, but that is just part of the job. We have a small crew here, and everyone knows their role, from handling the drums to making sure the mixing is done correctly. The office part is pretty basic because most of the real work happens in the back. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the lids are tight on everything before it goes out on a truck. It is a bit noisy with the machinery and the traffic from the main road, but we are used to it by now. We do not spend much time on fancy presentations. Instead, we are usually covered in some sort of powder or liquid by lunch. We just try to get the orders filled and sent out to the companies that need them without making too much of a fuss.
