Our office is over in Thane West, specifically at S-2/113 in the Vedant Commercial Complex. It’s in Vartak Nagar, which is a pretty well-known area for businesses like ours. We’ve got a small team here at Tristar Industrial Tools. The complex can be a bit of a maze sometimes if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been here long enough that we know every corner. We spend most of our time dealing with industrial supplies and talking to people who need specific tools for their factories or workshops. It's not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking lists and making sure the right items go out to the right people. The office is usually piled with catalogs and samples. We don't have a fancy reception area; it’s mostly just desks and storage. Sometimes the elevators in the complex act up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a climb. It’s just part of being in an older commercial building. We try to stay organized, but when it’s busy, the paperwork tends to stack up on the desks. We’ve made some good friends with the other folks in the building over the years. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do what we do without too much fuss. It's a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day.
