We are located over in Kalwa, specifically at Amrut Park. It’s near Shivaji Chowk, so it’s easy for people to find once they get to the Shastri Nagar area. The office at A-303 isn't too big, but it fits us all. Being in Thane, we get used to the crowds and the trains. Till Date Fluor Daniel India Private Limited has been operating from here, and it’s a decent spot for a day's work. The windows look out over the local buildings. In the monsoon, the rain really pours down and you can hear it hitting the glass all day long. We have a small pantry where we keep some snacks and coffee. It’s not a high-tech kitchen, just a microwave and a small fridge. The commute from the station is a bit of a walk, but it’s okay. We handle a lot of emails and phone calls. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all just complain about it together until it fixes itself. It’s a normal office vibe. No one wears suits unless there’s a special reason. Most days it’s just shirts and trousers. We’ve got some plants on the windowsills that someone forgets to water sometimes. It’s a practical environment. We do our hours, talk about the weekend, and then head home to beat the traffic on the bridge. It’s just a regular part of Kalwa life for us and we keep it simple.
