Thermolab Scientific Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is out at Plot No. 19 in the Vasai Municipal Industrial Area. We are specifically on Umela Road in Vasai West. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but this is where the industrial work happens. We have a good-sized plot here where we put together scientific equipment. It’s a mix of a workshop and an office. The air usually smells like metal and solder. We spend most of our time on the production floor, making sure the machines are running right and the assembly is moving along. Vasai West has a lot of these industrial pockets, so we are surrounded by other businesses doing similar hard work. The building itself is sturdy and functional, nothing too pretty to look at. We have a small office section for the administrative staff, but even they are usually out on the floor checking on things. Umela Road can get quite busy with transport vehicles, especially in the mornings. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the equipment is built the way it’s supposed to be. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows their job. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. It’s a solid place to work if you like seeing things being made.
