The Nyati Group has its roots in places like Vasai, specifically at the Gulab building in Vasant Nagri, Sector II. That’s room C/304 if you’re looking for the old records in Thane district. Right now, though, most of the big stuff is happening out of Pune. We’ve grown quite a bit over the years, reaching a turnover of 250 Cr, but the way we work hasn't changed all that much. It's still a lot of coordination between the different sites and the main office. We deal with various projects and business matters, which means there are always a hundred things happening at once. From dealing with people to checking on the progress of our work, it keeps us busy from morning till night. The office in Pune is where we handle the majority of the planning and the heavy lifting for the business. It’s a busy office but it still feels like a place where real work gets done. We aren't really into big speeches or flashy marketing; we just focus on the stuff we're putting together. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic when several things are happening at the same time, but that’s the nature of the work. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next task. It’s a big operation now, but it started small and we still remember those days back in Vasai. The move to Pune was a big step for us, but the core of what we do is still about getting the work finished right.
