You can find The Ferrohard Mechanical Industries (India) Pvt. Ltd. over at Kirshna House in Azad Nagar, specifically in the Khemani section. This building has been our home base for quite a while, and it has a lot of history in these walls. It is a solid structure, though the paint is a bit faded in some spots and the stairs make a lot of noise when you walk up them. We don't really care much about how the place looks to outsiders because we are focused on the mechanical work we do every day. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops, so there is always someone walking by or a bike zooming past. We have a crew of guys who are much better with machines than they are with computers. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we just keep the fans blowing and stay on task. We don't go for the corporate lifestyle here; we are more about getting our work done and making sure the orders are handled. There isn't a big lobby or a receptionist to greet you, just the sounds of the workshop and people calling out to each other. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when we are busy, but we always manage to find what we need. It is a practical environment for people who just want to do a good day of work.
