Our office is tucked away in the Ashoknagar Complex over in Balkum. If you know the Thane West area, it’s not too hard to find us on the fourth floor of building 3/A. We’ve been operating from this part of Maharashtra for a while now. It’s a typical residential-commercial mix around here, so things get pretty crowded during rush hour. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up. We aren't a big flashy showroom or anything like that. We handle the administrative side of the cement business from this room. The commute through Thane can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we make it work. Most of us have been working together long enough that we don't need to say much to get the job done. It's a lot of phone calls to sites and checking on deliveries. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. We usually have the window open if it isn't too hot, but the noise from the street can get a bit loud. We like the neighborhood because it feels lived-in. There’s always something happening outside on the street. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the logistics. It's just a regular workplace where real people are trying to stay on top of their tasks. No big corporate speeches here, just the daily grind of keeping things moving.
