We are located out in Sathgaon, which is part of the Shenave post area in Shahapur. Our office is sitting in Ward Number 2, right near the old Hanuman mandir. It’s a very local spot for the villagers. People often use the mandir as a landmark to find our door for the first time. Being in a rural area like 421601 means we know almost everyone’s name and even their family history sometimes. We aren't some big bank from Mumbai with branches everywhere. We are just local people working for our own neighbors. The office itself is small and very simple. We have a few wooden desks and some long benches for people to sit on while they wait their turn. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty inside because of the dirt road outside, but we try to sweep it out regularly. We handle the savings and small bits of financial help for the farmers and villagers who live around here. It’s important work for the community, even if it isn't fancy or high-tech. We don't have a website with a bunch of confusing links. If you want to talk to us about something, you just walk over to the office near the temple. We usually have the front door propped open to let the breeze come in. It’s a slower pace of life in Sathgaon, and we really like it that way. We don't rush people through their business. We sit and listen to what they need for their families.
