Tetambe Properties Llp is located in Vashi, Sector 29, over in Navi Mumbai. Our office is actually inside the Bhavya Co Op Housing Society, at Flat No. 601. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens once in a while. We’ve been operating from here for a good amount of time. Being in a residential society means it’s relatively quiet, which is nice for focusing on all the property documents we have to manage. We handle things across Navi Mumbai and the Thane area. It’s not a flashy setup. We have our desks, some old cupboards for files, and a small area for guests to sit. You have to sign the register at the main gate before coming up. Navi Mumbai has grown so much since we started, and sometimes it feels like a different world with all the new malls and towers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to different plots. Sometimes we are out all day and the office stays locked. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches. We just help people find places to stay or invest their money. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things get delayed with the registrations. We just take it day by day and try to keep things honest with whoever walks through our door at flat 601.
