Over here in Kalyan West, we are situated in the Gurukrupa Thangewadi area. Specifically, we're in room 105 of the building where Dr. Narendra J. Kolte is mentioned. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but once you get here, it’s a fairly quiet place to work. This part of Thane district has its own rhythm. We don't have a big lobby with a receptionist or anything flashy. It's just a functional space where we handle our engineering and tech responsibilities. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they serve their purpose for now. We usually have the fans going full speed because the Maharashtra heat doesn't really let up. Some of us have been here for years, and we've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with new shops opening up. We bring our lunch tins and sit around the main table to eat. There isn't any corporate jargon used around here; we just talk about what needs to be fixed or updated on the current projects. It’s a straightforward environment. We’re just Tata Technologies Ltd. operating out of this small office in Kalyan. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavily, but we manage to get the job done regardless. It’s a real place with real people who just want to finish their work and get back to their families in the evening. There isn't much more to it than that.
