Our office is located on the third floor of Bindiya Apartment. We are right near Satramdas Hospital in Section 28 of Ulhasnager. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of noise from the street, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit more manageable. We handle telecom stuff here, mostly dealing with connections and customer questions. It’s a lot of talk and a lot of technical bits that need fixing. The office isn't very large, so we all know each other’s business. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. Ulhasnager has its own rhythm, and we are definitely a part of it. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days we have time to actually catch up on the filing that’s been sitting there for a week. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the service stays running for the people who rely on us. The building is older, so the stairs can be a bit of a climb, but it keeps us moving. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and we like being close to the hospital as a landmark. It’s a simple operation run by people who live nearby and care about doing a decent day's work.
