Tata Cummins

You can find us at Kwality Garden in the Kausa area of Mumbra. We have combined two flats, 302 and 303, in the B wing to make enough room for everyone. Mumbra is a very crowded place, and Kwality Garden is one of the better-known spots around here. It is mostly a residential complex, so our office feels like a part of the neighborhood. We work on things related to the Cummins side of the business, mostly handling administrative tasks and coordinating stuff. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of paperwork. Since it's an apartment, we have a kitchen where we make tea and heat up our food. It's not a corporate skyscraper, but it works for what we need to do. The walk from the main gate to the B wing takes a couple of minutes. We see the same neighbors every day and say hello. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though we do have busy periods where everyone is glued to their phones and laptops. We don't have a big sign on the building, just the flat numbers. It’s a practical way to have a base in this part of Mumbai without the high costs of a commercial plaza. We just show up, do the jobs assigned to us, and head home. It is an honest way to work, and we like the local feel of the place. We just stick to our schedules and finish the paperwork.
