Dura Polymers

Our place, Dura Polymers, is out in Asangaon at C2/2. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s a good spot for what we do. We work with polymers and plastic materials. The building we are in is simple and functional. We don't spend money on making it look pretty because that doesn't help with the work. The floor is usually covered in some dust or scraps from the production process. We try to keep it clean, but it’s an ongoing battle. Our team is small, just a handful of us who have learned the trade over the years. We don't have fancy titles or a big management team. We just all pitch in where it's needed. If a shipment arrives, everyone helps unload it. If a machine needs cleaning, we take turns doing it. The machines are the heart of the place. When they are running well, life is good. When they act up, it’s a long day of tinkering and getting greasy. We don't really have a website or do any social media. We just talk to our customers directly. They know they can find us here during regular hours. Sometimes we stay a bit later if there’s a big project. It’s a straightforward life. We focus on our tasks and try to do an honest job every day without any extra drama.
