We are Talib & Shamsi Construction Pvt. Ltd. and our office is located at E-15 / 0:2, Sai Mahal C.H.S. in Sector-48, Nerul West. It is right opposite the D.A.V. Public School here in Navi Mumbai. Being in Nerul is pretty convenient for us. Most mornings start with the sound of the school nearby while we are getting our paperwork sorted. We aren't some big, unreachable company. We are right here in the neighborhood. Construction is a tough business, and we’ve had our share of long days and tough projects. In Navi Mumbai, you have to be ready for everything, especially during the monsoon season when everything slows down. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and various sites. Our team is a mix of people who have been with us for years. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic, but we find a way to get through the list of tasks. Having the office at Sai Mahal keeps us close to the community. People often drop by or we see them while we’re out for lunch. It’s a practical way to run things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby; we just want to make sure the buildings we work on stay standing. We just take the work as it comes and try to stay organized through the mess.
