You can find Synergy Property Developement Services over at Godrej Hill in Kalyan West. We operate out of B4/2 in the Garnet Co-operative Housing Society, which is quite close to Barave Village. Working from a housing society gives our office a very different feel compared to the big commercial buildings in Mumbai. It is a bit quieter here, and we can actually see some green hills if we look out the window at the right time. We deal with property development, mostly focusing on making sure projects in the Kalyan area are moving along correctly. The office is a bit of a mess sometimes because we have so many drawings and legal documents piled up. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or a modern look. We just have a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. Most of our time is spent out on the road or talking to people about land and building permits. It is practical work and we don't have any interest in using big marketing words to describe it. We just do the daily grind of checking sites and handling the paperwork that comes with it. Sometimes the traffic near the village is a nightmare, but we’ve learned to plan our day around it. It’s just a normal, hardworking office in a busy part of town.
